Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds, a twin trundle, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom shared with bedroom #3.

The home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles.
• Firepit use is subject to local county burn bans.
• The covered boat dock with lift is available for guest use. V-Hull Boats Only. Maximum length of boats is 24' and a maximum weight of 7,000lbs. Ballasts must be emptied prior to putting boat on lift. Additional Fee applies for use of Hydraulic Platform.
• Nearby Boat Launch available for guest use.
• Two Kayaks, Two Paddleboards, Paddles, and a selection of Life Vests are available for guest use.

o (1) located at the front door monitoring the front porch

o (3) located at the back porch monitoring the entire backyard
