The house is a split level home with 2 units, the upstairs and downstairs, you will enjoy the spacious bright upstairs unit. Equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office for any remote work needs. A cozy living room and lovely dining room. There is a deck with a table and chairs and private fenced in yard for you to enjoy the fresh air.
The only shared space is the laundry room, which is on a schedule to prevent any paths crossing.

Native Oregonian here. I love everything Oregon has to offer. I spend my days playing with my kids and just trying to keep up with their energy. I love offering a home away from home to those travelling. Giving my guests something more comfortable and personal then a hotel room can offer.
Why they chose this property
It's close to many shopping centers, businesses as well as the many attractions Oregon offers. But far enough away you don't feel the hussle and bussel of the city.
What makes this property unique
You feel like you are in a home away from home. There is a yard and deck to enjoy the sunny months, or just open the sliding doors and listen to the rain, while staying cozy inside. And you aren't surrounded by many other people. Located in a quiet but convenient neighborhood. Close enough to be apart of the city, but far enough away to take some quiet time to yourself.
