The two bedrooms on the first floor are designed to be snug and cozy, offering a comfortable stay for up to three guests in bunk bedroom and two in queen bedroom.

2) Please consider travel insurance for inclement weather events. We are unable to provide a refund due to weather related events.

3) For the BBQ grill, you can buy propane from the nearby Family Dollar store.

4) For the firewood, you can buy it from the nearby Laurelville market.



We have stocked the cabin with basic necessities. For anything extra, Young's Family Market is just down the road (open until 8 PM).

Cabin Experience
Our cozy retreat in Hocking Hills is the perfect place to relax and unplug. Please note:

We have a Kinetico water filtration system for the cabin’s well water and have also provided a Bluvua RO filter in the kitchen for guests who prefer additional filtration. Some guests still choose to bring bottled water.

Cell service can be spotty in the area, but we do have reliable Frontier WiFi for staying connected.

Weather can be unpredictable in this natural setting - please come prepared for changing conditions.

Coexisting with Nature
Our home is surrounded by nature, and sometimes nature finds its way indoors. We use professional pest control services, but please keep doors closed to minimize encounters.

Security & Guest Policy
For everyone’s safety, a security camera is installed at the front of the cabin. Please do not tamper with it. The camera helps ensure the number of guests matches the reservation. Only registered guests are allowed; no outside visitors or third-party bookings.

Refunds & Weather
We cannot offer refunds for weather events, natural disasters, or power outages. If you’re concerned, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.

Damage & Cleaning Fees
A $200 fee applies for any rule violation, in addition to costs for any extra cleaning or damages.
