Inside, the home is impeccably maintained and fully furnished with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The layout is ideal for families and groups, offering both shared gathering spaces and private retreats.

The main floor features a spacious primary suite with a king bed, attached bath, and walk-in closet—perfect for convenience and privacy. Upstairs, you’ll find a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (a favorite for kids), along with a queen bedroom that includes a crib. A full bathroom with tub and shower serves the second floor.

The fully finished basement expands the living space even further, offering additional sleeping arrangements with a king bed, queen bed, and another set of bunk beds. This level also includes a cozy secondary living area with a TV, as well as a table and seating for four—perfect for games, snacks, or a quiet break from the main living space. A full bathroom with a shower completes the lower level.

The main living area is warm and inviting, featuring comfortable leather seating, a large TV with cable, and a DVD/Blu-ray player for relaxing evenings in. The dining area comfortably seats 6–8 guests, with additional bar seating for four at the kitchen counter—ideal for gathering, dining, and entertaining.

For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated workspace with ample outlets makes working remotely easy and convenient. A first-floor laundry area just off the kitchen adds to the home’s functionality, and the attached garage along with ample driveway parking ensures plenty of space for guests.

Rental Information:

Summer availability is extremely limited due to local ordinance restrictions allowing only two rental weeks per year. During the summer season, rentals are offered on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis.

The home is also available for extended off-season stays from October 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 at a monthly rate of $2,500 plus utilities (internet, gas, and electric). Owners will continue to cover lawn care and snow removal, providing a worry-free experience year-round.
