Work or play, come enjoy our updated 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with 5 min. walk to the beach, splash park, playground, two seafood restaurants.
Child & pet-friendly fully enclosed back yard with patio, gas grill, hammock, fire pit.
Main BR with king size bed, enclosed front porch with fireplace.
3rd bedroom has a desk and can be used as an office as well.
Close to I-95, I-91. 15 min from downtown New Haven, historic Wooster Square, Yale. Self-check-in access. 75 miles to New York.
The space
Sunny cottage with enclosed front porch and fully fenced backyard. The master bedroom, second bedroom, and small 3rd bedroom / office are upstairs. The bathroom is located on the first floor. This place is recommended for a family of four, but can accommodate 2-4 additional guests using the trundle bed, front porch pop-up daybed and pullout couch in the living room. We have a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and laundry detergent. Overall size is ~750 sqft.
