Perfect Visalia Resting Place

Was in town to visit my family in Hanford after several years (myself from Seattle, and my sister flew in from AZ), and this cozy abode was just perfect for our needs. Close to all that Visalia has to offer, all the amenities that we could ask for, it was a perfect homebase for the 2 days that we were in town. Would certainly stay again for next visit!

We chose this property because of the location and that it had a propane grill. The pictures must have been taken shortly after the remodel or addition of vinyl flooring and painting as it is now showing signs of use, wear and tear - in need of some TLC to clean the baseboards, walls and doors. Other suggestions include a couple dish towels in the kitchen and more paper towel supply (there was one half roll under the sink). A luggage rack would be nice for the bedrooms rather than having suitcases on the floor. Recommend cleaning the grill and dumping the grease tray after each stay and sweeping or blowing off the patio. The tree limbs could use trimming as they protrude into the umbrella on the table and the grass really needs attention - it was a foot tall. Also suggest a blue recycling bin as I could not find one, but the neighbor was kind enough to let us use his. Having said all this, the property was functional for us.
