Communication with host was not clear and the host had to ask us to remind him about setting codes for doors. House was fairly clean but did not know the state of the neighborhood. My 2 friends stayed the night with me and one of them had to sleep on the couch because they were afraid they saw a bug on one of the bed bunks.

Overall, the house was in a great location, which we really appreciated. However, when we arrived in the evening the house was nearly 90 degrees, and it took until about 3 a.m. for the upstairs to cool enough for everyone to sleep comfortably. One of our guests even had to come downstairs and sleep on the couch because it was so hot upstairs. Once the house cooled, the AC worked fine for the rest of our stay.That said, there were only thin blankets on each bed and just two towels per bathroom, which felt a little sparse for a group.Would I stay here again? Possibly—but I’d be sure to bring my own towels and a couple of extra blankets next time.

Jason was amazing! The property is so clean and spacious. The AC was cranked up prior to our arrival so it was cool when we came in. A huge perk to escaping the Texas heat. We actually got locked out since I accidentally locked the physical lock instead of the electronic lock. Jason was integral to helping contact the property manager and trouble shoot although he was on vacation in another state.Would highly recommend! Fully stocked dishes/silverware, toiletries included, washer and dryer with laundry soap, etc. Only thing that would have made the stay better is a hair dryer!

Bridal Party Night Before Wedding

I reserved this property for me and my bridesmaids to stay in the night before my wedding. I was so pleasantly surprised with how clean, new, and safe the property was. It had every kitchen appliance you could need except for a toaster, 2 bedrooms downstairs (one with a bathroom, one without), a hallway bathroom, a sitting room and kitchen table, board games, WiFi, and 4 bunk beds upstairs with a bathroom as well. There is also a washer dryer that seems brand new! I recommend the host add more interior photos so they get the bookings they deserve. The AC was already nice and cool when I checked in, and the host was very responsive and kind when I was having trouble getting the upstairs room cool. They even left a gift basket with snacks and wine! We felt very safe at night and had an easy 5-7 minute drive to the venue in South Main Village near I-30.
