We’ve truly enjoyed our time living in this home. It has been a comfortable, peaceful place for us during an important transition, and we’re grateful for how easy Josh has made everything. Communication has always been clear and timely, and any questions we had were handled with kindness and professionalism. The house itself has been well‑maintained, quiet, and easy to settle into. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and the care that’s clearly been put into keeping the property in good shape. The shower is particularly delightful. It’s been a wonderful place to call home while we prepared for our move to our new house. Thank you for providing such a positive rental experience. We’re grateful for our time here and would happily recommend both the home and the landlord to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable place to live.
The house was perfect for our needs. It was quite clean and close to family. Some of our family came to see where we were staying, and they thought it was perfect for us and very cute and clean. The only issue we had, was that on the day of departure, we finally found a box with the Wi-Fi code written on it. It had been behind the TV and we did not see it. But all in all we did fine.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The owner was very good to communicate with! However my only real complaint is that the whole house was dirty! Things were not cleaned prior to our visit!!
My cousin and I spent the weekend here to visit family in the area. The house was perfect for our needs and the proximity to family was minutes away. The owners are very responsive and friendly. We look forward to staying here in the future. I hope never stay at a hotel in Princeton or Blacksburg again if this is available. Thank you for everything.
My stay here exceeded my expectations. Friends and I used this property as a “home base” while section hiking the Appalachian Trail. The property is centrally located to the trail in this region and it was nice to come back to a clean, quiet place and get refreshed. VRBO messed up by posting wrong phone number for host on the confirmation email they sent me so that created a bit of angst but when contacted, the host was very helpful and accommodating. I hope to return here some time to do more hiking in area and I will definitely try to book this property again.
