Super great space for a large group. Stayed here for UF graduation weekend with extended family and it was a perfect spot. Pool was a plus! Multiple areas to sit and relax, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time here! Plenty of space for everyone, kitchen was great. It was nice to have an extra refrigerator. Every room was clean with comfortable, large beds. The host was responsive. Back yard was nice and big for activities, and we loved the common areas. Highly recommend for a large group!

This house is perfect for a gathering of family/friends. We were a group of ten and there was plenty of room for all of us. We’ve stayed twice for long game weekends in Gainesville and will likely be back for another.

This is an excellent house for hosting a large group and/or a party. We were in Gainesville for my granddaughter’s graduation and this house suited us perfectly. Plenty of room for our family to stay and perfect space to host a small celebration for our graduate and her friends. Luis was very responsive to my requests. He even had the home decorated for Christmas inside and out! We really liked having the pickle ball court and corn hole games. It was a bit too cold to use the pool. Thanks for a great weekend, Luis!
