EON - The EcoTEL is a combination between Hotel & Hostel, thus creating splendid and blissful space to stay. Each room called as EcoHUB is configurated in “I” & “L” shape to maximize the use of the available space and feel spacious across the HUBS. The décor the HUBS is tastefully designed and made with almost elegance and style. High Roofs, 32” Television with D2H, Hygienic Bathrooms, Hot Running water, 24/7 WiFi, Recreation Facility, In-house rooftop Fitness Facility and Kitchen are some of the major highlights of the EON The EcoTEL makes it a modern age living facility.

1. Next Generation Hostel spread in 27,000 Area: Eon The EcoTEL is next generation facility created by Swami Hospitality and spread over 27,000 Square Ft. area. This will allow us great comfort in designing rooms and surrounding facilities.

2. Stylish & Elegant bunk Beds : A bunk bed is a type of bed in which one bed frame is stacked on top of another. The benefits of a convertible bunk bed couch are convenience and maximizing space. The design provides two separate sleeping areas without using extra space.

3. High Quality Linen & Mattress : Linen & Mattress has been design to support different kind of People and an anti-allergic texture used in the Linen. As a matter of policy Cleaning of the Linen has been done by EON House-keeping team and pre determined schedule has been fix for cleaning and changing of the Linen.

4. Security & Safety : Entire premises has been under surveillance of CCTV and access of the same can be share on request. Round the clock Security Guard is their to take of daily monitoring of the People Movements, Material Movements etc.

5. 220 Sq Ft Rooms : EON is equipped with 48 Rooms, each of them are 220 Square Ft. Which provides sufficient space in the Rooms and Sharing accommodation will be more delightful.

6. Attached Bathroom: All the room of EON are attached with Pvt Bathrooms and equipped with Shower ; Wash basin & WC fitments.

7. Study Tables & Chairs: Every Rooms has been equipped with 2 Number of Wooden Study table and 4 Apple Chairs, which allows guest to do their official work in a comfortable way.

8. 32" LED TV with DTH Facility: Every Room of EON has been equipped with 32" LED smart TV along with DTH connectivity. This will allowed Guest of the rooms to entertained themselves in the Relax time.


9. Ample of Parking: EON is having ample of space for parking of two wheels and 4 wheeler.

10. Roof Top Canteen Facility: We have beautiful Kitchen Facility at Roof Top and cater the need of EONiaas by providing them clean, healthy and hygienic food. Detail of the MEnu will be provided on request.


11. Conference Hall / Study Area : This is another special feature first time introduced by EON The EcoTEL. This facility can be used by the Guest for their study purpose, presentation purpose , small celebration purpose. Prebooking of the said premises is must as use is based on first come first basis and with at no extra cost.

12. Fitness Centre - EON The EcoTEL is having fully operational Fitness Centre, which is equipped with Modern Era Fitness Equipment and personal trainers. The centre will keep tab on the health of the EONiaans and facility is available at liitle extra cost depending on the Type of Membership.

13. WiFi Enabled Premises: WiFi is the key of the new generation; and EOn is equipped with high spped WiFi facility. Entire premises is WiFi enabled and provides greater flexibility to use it as per the convenience.

14. Travel Desk: This is another feature of the EON; allows its guest to use Travel Desk for booking of the tarvel tickets, entertainments tickets, out station travel plan, local cabs etc.

15. Doctor on Call: EON is ready to handle any kind of Medical Emergencies in case if they arises. We have tie up with the nearby prominent Hospitals like Ruby Hospital, New Life Hospital and also Individual Medical practitioner. If need arises on Call Dr. facility is available at EON. On call Ambulance and related services are available.

16. Pick Up and Drop Facility - Pick Up and Drop facility is available at additional charges.

17. RO Filters / Water Coolers : EON is committed for providing clean, healthy and hygienic environment across the facility. To keep in the mind we have installed RO filtration system; to provide clean and safe drinking water through the coolers.

18. Solar Water Heating System : We have installed 10 Units of solar water heating system each having 500 litre capacity. These will allow us to supply Hot Running Water round the clock.

19. Rent a Bike / Car: These are additional facility.

20. Washing Machines / Ironing Facility: For providing greater flexibility towards cleaning of the Individual clothes we have provided exclusive washing and Ironing area at no extra cost, which can be used by an individual for washing and ironing their clothes.

21. Water Storage / Bore well : EON is having their own Bore well which is the source of round the clock water supply to the need of EON. We have 1 Lakh liter store capacity at the ground level and overhead tank is having capacity of 25000 Liter.


22. Indoor Game facility - We have plan Indoor gaming facility like Darts, Chess Board, Carom etc.

23. Emergency Fund for the Guest: Eon is the first one to introduce this concept, which will help an individual to meet their emergency requirements.

Rooms for the Parents and Relatives: Eon is arranging room in the nearby society; so that parents , relatives of the Guest staying with EON will be stay to the nearby location that to be tune of minimum cost. This will allow greater facility to stay parents or relatives to stay near to their patrons.
