It is a larger mutli-building apartment complex from the 1970s with greenary, and is very quiet, and well maintained. It is situated across the street from a walking trail, Cooper river, and parks, and close to Evans Pond/Croft Farm Art Center. 1 mile from downtown Haddofiled,
