The place has 3 bedrooms with queen beds, a large open space living room area with a large comfy sofa bed, and a beutiful dining solid wood table. Comes with all the essentials, Kichen applicances, Smart TV, WiFi, washer/dryer available in the garage and place heats quickly in sometimes chilly SF. This is a hosted rental where guests have complete and private access to upper house level with gorgeous views of San Francisco, own private entrance, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with walk in closets, 1 bathroom and plenty of storage. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your trip one to remember!

Good neighborhood but falsely listed as private rental

I booked this home to visit family in the area. The location was nice; however, we had several issues with the rental, most alarming was that someone was living in the shared basement even though the house was listed as an entire, private home. There were some other oddities such as a lack of clean sheets on one of the beds, prescription medications in the refrigerator, and a lack of response from the host who did not provide entrance instructions until several hours after the check-in time or the wifi information for 24 hours after checking in. VRBO customer service did nothing to remedy our poor experience, which was very disappointing.
