This quiet gulf front beauty stands tall over the emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Relax on your private balcony and listen to the waves roll in and soak in the watercolor sunsets. Relax at the beach or take a swim in the gulf side pool. Enjoy the convenience of being close to all local restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions. Just around the corner you will find The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Gulfarium, and The Boardwalk Pavilion. It is just a short 10-minute drive to Destin where the adventure continues!

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A very large, fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals with a separate dining area. A living room with floor-to-ceiling glass siders that provide the backdrop to your beach vacation, a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, black out draperies, a 50" flat screen TV/DVD player, and a private balcony. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A master bedroom with a king size bed, a flat screen TV/DVD player, black out draperies, a private bathroom, and balcony access. A second bedroom with full size bed as well as a set of twin size bunk beds, and an attached full-size bathroom.
