Right On The Beach.. Just Steps To Sand
Perfect for a family vacation or a couple's retreat, this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located at desirable Silver Dunes, with beautiful beach view from the 2nd floor balcony, den and kitchen windows. Kitchen has been recently updated with granite countertops and all new appliances and is fully equipped. Washer and dryer. All the comforts of home and just steps to the beautiful white sand beach. Beach service is available. The complex has a heated pool, work out facility, game room, tennis courts and shuffleboard. We are right in the middle of wonderful restaurants, fast food, amusement parks, grocery stores and entertainment venues. Come on down!

About the host
Hosted by Kathy Howard
Kent Hardin of Memphis, TN is owner of this property. His father and uncle were amongst the first owners of units in this complex. Kent is an avid fisherman and known around town as Captain Kent.
Why they chose this property
Kent purchased this place from his Uncle Jabie Hardin back in the early 90s. When Opal came through and leveled the front two buildings , a complete rebuild was necessary. The balcony was expanded, bathrooms enlarged and a washer and dryer were added.
What makes this property unique
One of the most unique features about the complex is the green lawn area between the buildings. In the evening you will find chairs pulled out in circles to talk and enjoy the view, children playing Frisbee, and people walking hand in hand down to the beautiful beach. Silver Dunes has retained its charm since the 70s and has not given way to the high rise craze. It is still a place to bring a family or friends and enjoy the ease of a walk up condo and be close enough to the beach to hear the waves lapping at the shore.
