Great walk around area on the fenced 7 acre property with waterfront and a day dock just short walk away. Enjoy the water attractions, fishing swimming or docking your boat; with all the water attractions that possum kingdom has to offer. The home is located on the northeast side of lake were less boat trafic is. New OUTDOOR PAVILLION BEING BUILT SUMMER 2025 INCLUDES POOL HOT TUB AND FULLY FURNISHED OUTDOOR KITCHEN

I came to Possum Kingdom Lake in 2000 purchased a property here and have loved to visit ever since i live out in west Texas west Lubbock but I'm down here over 30 3-4 day weekends a year. Been involved in real-estate and real-estate management for over 26 years love working with folks and love it when folks are happy and enjoying themselves. It is my goal to see to it you enjoy your stay and feel like this is your home and your happy place
