Why they chose this property
I've always been drawn to living close to water, so having Shelley Lake right across the street is a huge bonus! Walking my dog around the lake and looking for critters is one of my favorite pass times. The community feels safe and well-kept with very friendly neighbors. Having coffee on your back porch watching the deer and chipmunks, you'd never realize you were just minutes to everything!
What makes this property unique
I am an artist, so having a space with a little character is a must. I want the place to embody 'rest and comfort'.
