This beautiful home will feel like your home away from home. With 4 bedrooms there is plenty of space for large groups and family gatherings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. There are two private balconies on the first and second floor.

Just one block from the Bay where there are plenty of fishing locations, and 2 blocks away from the beach and boardwalk. It is really an ideal location for your summer vacation!

No TV in rooms..again..condom in bed..blunts in rooms...ants everywhere...lolol...I love my stay though..OC is fabulous.. increase the quality of the property..it's expensive

House was not clean, and they had not been paying the WiFi bill so there was no WiFi

The people who own the house don’t put effort into up-keeping the house. They just want the money. Decent house, many rooms and beds but could have been much better

Even though check in time was late..(3pm)we was a little late...(3:30pm)...lol and check out was wayyyyy too early(10am)....we was a little late on that..(10:15am)....the house was great.. dishwasher a little hard to start but nice nice house.

Great place

Check in process was great. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The house is in a great location with a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Like advertised, bring paper products and towels. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the living room area. We sat on the couch and found an old hot dog and a beer can. Easily missed I'm sure when cleaning, and it didn't ruin our experience. We thought we had an issue with the toilet so we called the owner and he came right over to look at it. Fixed easily and very nice. The place was wonderful otherwise and we would stay again.
