It's a delightful and beautiful house! Comfortable, welcoming, and offering peace and quiet, as it's located in a private condominium close to the beach, less than 150 meters away.

It has 5 suites, all air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is spacious and airy, and modern rustic elements are present in the house's architecture: good wood, glass, and masonry.

In the outdoor area, we have a private barbecue, shower, and a grassy area for sunbathing.

The house is truly cozy and very special.

With a rustic architecture of high quality, its main elements are lots of glass and fine wood.

The natural light is a plus.

There is adequate space for using a laptop and a home office.

In the kitchen, we have all the elements that perfectly meet the needs of guests, such as pots, pans, accessories, crockery and cutlery;

All 5 suites have air conditioning, 2 with double beds and 3 of them with single trundle beds. We comfortably accommodate 12 people (including children).

Entering the house you will find:

Garage for 3 cars;

Private entrance with 1 pedestrian gate and 1 garage gate inside the condominium;

Bedrooms:

3 air-conditioned ground floor suites, all with single beds, and some of them have trundle beds (up to 8 single people or children);

1 ground floor suite with double bed, air conditioning and closets; (total 2 people)

1 suite on the upper level, double bed, air conditioning; (total 2 people)

* We provide bed linen, towels, iron and hairdryer.

Living and Dining Room Combined:

In the living room, sofa, armchairs and dining table;

Smart TV with basic package of channels and Smart functions available

Kitchen:

Crockery, plates and cutlery to serve the entire group;

Accessories such as pots, pans, coffee maker and other appliances that can be detailed upon request.

Note: For electricity and water, we have a quota set out in the reservation and payment of the excess amount is made separately according to the clocks checked at the entrance and exit of the accommodation;

Check-in takes place at scheduled times, keys will be handed over in person with a check-in deadline of 22:00;

We are agile in communication and in addition to the platform chat, we always provide our contacts to monitor the progress of the reservation and provide any support that may be necessary;

Manguinhos is an extremely delightful neighborhood. The long beach with calm, warm waters is ideal for walking and has a beautiful golden sunset! Porto da Barra is a strong tourist attraction because it is a stronghold of restaurants with various specialties. Just visit and fall in love!

For tourists who do not have their own car during their trip, the city is very well supplied with drivers using Uber and 99 taxi apps.
