Do not enter the pasture with the mini cows. You may feed them approved treats over/through the fence. Do not climb on the gates.
Do not use indoor fireplaces. DO NOT TOUCH ANY OF THE POOL EQUIPMENT (PUMP/VALVES ETC). IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES CONTACT US, A TECH WILL BE SENT OUT
DO NOT TAKE ANY ITEMS FROM THE HOME INCLUDING SINAGE OR DECOR FROM THE ENTERTAINMENT ROOM.

House was great! Definitely secluded! The cows were cute, quiet and did not smell. Host provided apples we could feed them as treats. Host was commutative and responded quickly to questions we had! Little too chilly for the pool but it looked nice!

We absolutely loved this house for our family trip! This home had everything you would need to bring your family on a trip! We enjoyed the spa and pool. The kitchen had all the things you would need. Melissa responded quickly and was helpful when we needed. Would stay again!

Location was perfect. Big enough for everyone in our family and accommodated all ages. The kids loved the cows out back. The kids biggest complaint was the bedrooms upstairs had no tvs and the carpets were dirty with large stains. I was disappointed the hot tub didn't get hot and the toilet in master bath was larger then the bathroom as the door wouldnt shut if you sit on it. We did get charged 200 extra as my husband decided to smoke outside under the carport and the smoke smell went inside.

Very quiet neighborhood

Our family really enjoyed this secluded and quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room in the house to spread out. The house was extraordinarily well stocked with items.Definitely would stay here again.

Family Birthday Celebration
