no coffee cups no hot water in bathroom sink, bugs in room, shower runs hot and cold not working properley, bed hard as a rock and old springs hit your back

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations, especially since you were hoping for a more luxurious stay. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, budget-friendly option for travelers, and we are as possible about what we offer. We recommend to read our description and amenities properly before booking. The Php1500 per night room is a more basic option. We recommend our premium rooms at a different property for guests who are looking for luxury amenities and services. You may also check them out of Php3500 to Php4000 which is a fair price in our country. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in one of our premium rooms in the future. To answer some confusion : 1. There is no hot water in the tap. All houses and properties in the philippines dont have hot water. The best case would be at the shower if they have one. Only luxury development has those types of fixtures 2. The hot and cold shower is working just fine. The switch to make it hotter or colder is directly at the heater not the shower. 3. The beds are comfotable but might mot be suitable for advanced aged. I wish you could have messaged me during your stay for clarifications or asled your filipina companion.
