This property comes with all the amenities you will need from a fish cleaning station to high speed WIFI, Spectrum TV and beds that were picked out with the utmost comfort in mind! Bring your boat and tie up to the seawall so you can jump in to fish or explore the Fox River and the various lakes. The outdoor space is ideal for relaxation, meals, games and time by the firepit. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets!

Fishing amenities included are a seawall to tie up to, a fish cleaning station and a live well for bait or your catch. Wake up, grab a cup of coffee and jump in your boat!

Not fishing? No worries! The home was remodeled with your comfort in mind. There is a patio outside the front door to relax and enjoy the river view. Grab the large umbrella and enjoy the day with some shade. Feel like grilling out? There is a propane grill and utensils available for your use. The side yard is perfect for yard games. In the evening, grab the supplied bag chairs and firewood and spend time around the firepit river side.

When you are ready to head inside for the night, relax with your favorite TV station or log in to one of the apps and grab a movie. High speed WIFI and Spectrum TV is included. The TV is mounted on the wall and can stay facing the dining room or be pulled out and faced toward the living room furniture.

Ready to call it a night? Both bedroom spaces were designed with the largest bed possible for sleeping comfort. Each room also has a closet to hang and store your belongings. Both bedrooms have a Beauty Rest mattress and large pillows for the most comfortable nights sleep. Fresh linens, blankets and a comforter are supplied. In each room, one of the end tables has a fan with white noise options. All window treatments in the house are room darkening so feel free to sleep in!

The sofa bed will also not disappoint! The mattress is a hybrid mattress that has coils along with air for the ideal firmness. Pull out the mattress and press the inflate button and get ready for a great night of sleep. Supplied for the sofa bed will be fresh linens, pillows, a blanket and a comforter. Once awake, simply press the deflate button and fold back up.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals from pots and pans to small appliances to spices. There is a keurig with supplied pods and creamer along with a automatic drip coffee pot if you prefer. All appliances are brand new and ready to assist in making great meals. The oven is also an air fryer. A microwave is in the kitchen as well. Plates, glasses, coffee cups, tumblers, silverware and cooking utensils are all supplied.

The house has well water that is ready to drink from the RO faucet to the right of the kitchen faucet. You can use the RO water for ice cube trays, cooking or just enjoying from the faucet. We also know that some people prefer bottled or purified water. We have the solution for you. Located in the kitchen area is a Brio Water Machine. You will have the option of cold or hot water along with ready to go ice cubes. The machine uses 5 gallon purified water jugs and there will always be an extra on site in case your first one runs out.
