I am so sorry that you were so disappointed in your stay! The sofa is only about a year old but I will look into it. We leave 2 extra rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and we use travel soaps like in a hotel but typically people bring their own especially when staying for extended periods of time. Again my apologies that you had such a terrible stay.
