This was a last minute trip for a funeral and the host Sonia was wonderful and very accommodating. Check-in was easy and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again when in the Charleston area.

Perfect home

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for 3 days and we loved it. It was spacious, clean, plenty of amenities and it was within 30 minutes of the beach, 10 minutes away from the outlets, and near restaurants as well. It was such a convenient location. We would absolutely stay again.

The home has multiple soft spots in the flooring, the water heater does not keep up after 3 people bathing and the bed sheets had multiple hairs and we had to wash the bedsheets prior to sleeping. The check in details were not provided by 4pm on the day of check-in. Also, the wrong code was given. The host did respond but not until after I reached out.

This home is spacious and nicely decorated. We spent 3 nights for our Thanksgiving holiday. The dining chairs are a bit rundown peeling off the material. The floors in some parts of the house are uneven kind sunk in. The house was not very clean to my standards. The host tried to accommodate us as much as possible and was responsive. But found I the floors were not cleaned when I noticed the bottom of my socks were full of dirt and when we were sat on the couch we noticed that the furniture needed a wipe down. Oven was not cleaned at all. The bathroom mats didn’t seem to be cleaned or dusted off. Hopefully the next guest will not experience this. Neighborhood was quiet, location was not too far from outlets and downtown charleston.
