Boaters will appreciate the on-site docks and boat slips, available for $250 per week. Assigned, covered parking is located underneath the building for easy access.

Inside, the condo features a bright and open floor plan with two comfortable sofas, a dedicated dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for families or groups who enjoy cooking and gathering together. The interior is tastefully decorated in a coastal theme, creating a relaxed beach atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

The King master suite offers a private retreat with a walk-in shower, while the Queen guest bedroom shares a full hall bath. Upstairs, the loft-style third bedroom includes a Twin over Full bunk, a Queen bed, and a Twin daybed, along with a private third bathroom—ideal for kids or additional guests.
