This home boasts a full kitchen with gas stove, a versatile island table for eating or working, full size in unit laundry with storage, and a perfect living room for one or two. A peaceful patio right out the entry door can be used to relax with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

Quiet, established neighborhood. You`ll routinely see people out walking their dogs, children riding bikes, and others just going for a stroll. You are near Broad Ripple Village and the Monon Trail.

You`ll want a car to get around in the area. Uber and Lyft are also usually available.
