Unfinished flipped house

This house is listed as IN German Village. Inaccurate.Additionally the checkin process was unnecessarily difficult. We were asked for copies of both sides of our drivers' licenses and and scans of our faces. As someone who's been the victim of identity fraud before, this was disconcerting. We've never had to do all this before with previous bookings, and our VRBO ratings are solid.Our messages to work this out were unnecessarily difficult to get the access code and wifi.The yard had not been taken care of in quite a while. The neighbor seems to be a horder, so perhaps the yard is supposed to look better by comparison?
