The Space:

Designed for ultimate comfort, each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses. The master suite includes a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms each offer two queen beds and share a Jack & Jill bathroom, while the fourth bedroom boasts four queen beds with its own en-suite featuring a walk-in shower and tub.

Getting around the property is easy whether you’re driving or using rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. The home is just 15 minutes from downtown Austin and about 20 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. While a car is recommended for convenience, you'll find plenty of nearby attractions within a short drive, including breweries, wineries, and outdoor adventures along the Fitzhugh corridor. Parking is available on-site, and major highways like US-290 and Mopac Expressway provide quick access to the city's hotspots.

• Pool heating is available upon request for $600 with at least 72 hours’ notice prior to arrival

• The home is located in a residential neighborhood; please park responsibly and limit the number of vehicles

• Salt, pepper, and a small supply of olive oil are provided

• Fresh bed linens and bath towels are provided for each stay

• Coffee, creamer, and sweetener are provided

• Washer and dryer are available for guest use; laundry detergent is provided

• Starter supplies are provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies
