The main floor features a sunny living room that flows directly into the kitchen/dining area with direct access to a spacious outdoor deck. The large lot is fully landscaped. The lower level has a bedroom, bath, gym, laundry room and storage. 34 Nassau embraces a sustainable lifestyle, with vegetable planting beds and rooftop solar panels. Rental fee includes utilities and cleaning service.
