Everything was great, location, clean, & easy to get in & out. Only thing is the TV all 3 of them only have live television. Old school TV.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Complex is close to the beach with little bar so it's very convenient to grab a snack or a drink. Apartment is little outdated but maintained very clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I would recommend this property and Sandpiper Cove. My only complaints are the beds were not very comfortable and it only had a table for four. Other than that it was fine. The beach is a short walk from the condo. I recommend renting chairs and a umbrella at the beach and doing it before your trip. We rented them for our entire stay and it made our beach experience much more enjoyable.

Pretty Nice

Overrall had a great experience. We did find some minor messes in the house as well as one of the tubs kinda drained slow. None of this we reported. We wiped up the messes and the tub didnt bother us. The property is awesome and located in the best place. Will be back. Wanna try a villa next time.

Nice location, but not clean

Found multiple living roaches in the condo and when I went to talk to a property manager I was told they are as common as the state bird and she gave me a whopping 45 credit on a four night stay. That little amount of money does not compensate the hours I’ve spent going through my families belongings to make sure we didn’t bring any into our home. Location was the best thing about this place.

Vacation 2022

We loved staying at Sandpiper Cove. It was so convenient being across the street from local grocery stores and restaurants on one end with the beach on the other end. Our condo was great. Our only cons were the mattresses both were old/springy and need to be replaced. Parking can be challenging. We had a SUV and a golf cart and it was hard to get close to our unit in the evenings. We would just double park. Definitely plan on staying here again just possibly a differnet unit. Pros so outweigh the cons! Beach is mins by foot or car. Everyone was super nice and helpful at the gate and office. Pools were nice.. we utilized the grill one night that they have by the pools. I could go on and on. Loved our stay.

Briley at the front desk was very helpful .Shawn in maintenance was great also. He helped with an issue with the cable tv system. He also responded to an issue with the refrigerator in this unit. Although he couldn’t resolve the issue, he was very responsive. Otherwise, the condo was great. Grandkids loved the beach, pools, golf and pickle ball. We did too!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was conveniently located to the pools, restaurants, and beach. The room was a decent size for a family of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids), however the condo needs a lot of repairs and the mattresses are very uncomfortable. The condo was cleaned, but the not well, the floors were hardly cleaned. The kitchen had a lot of nice updated appliances. Make sure to bring garbage bags and toilet paper, there was not enough to make it a week. I would recommend the property, not the unit.

Had empty beer bottles on deck when we checked in but rest of condo was clean. Any issues we had were taken care of immediately.

Can walk to beach(5 mins) or drive right across street with code to gate & plenty of parking. Ricks is right at beach entrance for margaritas,sno cones, Light food,bathrooms, showers,ice machine for coolers & atm.cash only. This unit was nice,updated throughout New appliances.Has extra pull out(. They provide sheets, maybe bring pillows) so we had 6 in unit no problem, clean towel exchange at housekeeping was nice.Several extra bag chairs on deck for beach use. Bc we paid thru sandpiper, It had free rental of spirt equipment for golf. Property & Pools were very well maintained,closest pool is 1 street over, with couple charcoal grills & bathrm at pool. Unit does not have ceiling fans so maybe pack a fan. But Would def stay here again.

Love Sandpiper but won't stay in unit 3112 again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not really clean upon arrival, light bulbs were out and needed to be replaced, ants and roaches in kitchen. Doors to closets needed repairs..but we were close to our children so we made the best of it. My children had a condo in the same area much nicer and less money for the same lenght of stay. Complained to front desk and they did spray and replaced only 1 light bulb not the other 4. Unit needs some repairs, a fresh coat of paint on front door and new mattresses..they are really soft and thin. Would recommend Sandpiper to a friend just not this unit.

Frustrating Maintenance

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The washer didn't work in the unit and no one seemed to care. After 4 days, they finally told me they had contacted the owner to replace it and suggested that I use the coin laundry on site. One of the main reasons for choosing Sandpiper was the ability to wash and dry towels and bathing suits conveniently. I got the news on a Sunday and went to the renter's office to get quarters. Of course, they were out of quarters and it took 5 stops around town looking for quarters. If no one will oversee the appliances in the units, the least they could do was be sure there's a way to get coins if the ones I've already paid for in the unit aren't working. Although that was a bummer, it wasn't as bad as showering in a clogged tub. Someone came out to check it but said he'd be back the next morning but never did. . .for the next 5 days of our vacation. There's nothing like leaving the beach and showering in a tub slowly filling with water and sand. We spent time during our trip looking for new places to stay. Seems like Sandpiper is going downhill and we won't be along for the ride.
