Located 1/2 mile from Leesville Lake all newly remolded in 2024/2025
5 miles to Public Boat, rental campground and marina store
Sleeps 6, 2 Private bedrms each has its own door w/all new queen bed and seating area, BATHTUB (STANDARD SIZE, BUBBLE BATH AND CANDLES
Family room has sofa/futon sleeping for 2, 2 fireplaces, ac and smart tv
*** Currently no WIFI, fiber optic is coming soon*****

Leesville Lake North Fork Marina 4.9 miles, 8 min car drive
Leesville Lake South Fork Marina 14 miles 22 min car drive

This welcoming retreat features 2 private bed rooms, a cozy living room with 1 double size firm sofa bed with mattress topper for additional comfort. Relax in the new standard size bathtub. This a lake community that is family and dog friendly, enjoy and be considerate of this.
Main road is paved and you will turn 1/4 onto gravel flat road to reach the cottage
Note wifi is currently not at the cottage, new fibro optics/high speed coming soon. Smart fire tv you can enjoy with your hotspot if service is provided at this time. Primary is cricket and att&t with limited Verizon.
Pets are case by case with $50 pet fee, must be approved prior to booking
