The property is less than a 5 minute walk to town. Such a convenient location! The apartment was spacious and clean. The host was readily available through text for any questions we had. We plan on hopefully staying here again for our next trip to Greenport! The perfect spot for a couple's getaway.

Perfect Location

My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend stay in Greenport! This property was the perfect location for us. We loved being walking distance to town. John even had a binder with various helpful recommendations! He was also very responsive when we had a couple of questions. The makeup remover wipes in the bathroom were also a very nice touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

We loved this quiet and cozy apartment! It was very clean, updated, and easy to access. John was in communication and even provided dining recommendations. We walked into Greenport center every day and it was the perfect location. We hope to be back again!

Lovely sunny and spotless one bedroom. Very comfortable bed and nicely furnished with a new kitchen. If you do cook you will have to bring your own condiments like oil or buy them in the grocery store. We thought the extra charges were excessive but overall a decent price for Greenport. Beautiful street near everything. No TV stations but Netflix and the like.

Greenport Weekend Reboot Memorial Day Weekend 2025

This is an amazing property!! Spotless, comfortable and very quiet considering its only a four minute walk to downtown Greenport. The bedding was comfortable beyond description. The kitchen is well appointed. The location is in a safe , quiet and friendly neighborhood. Our early morning runs & walks along the harbor were great! John has put a lot of love into this home and it shows! We have stayed up and down the North Fork from Bating Hollow to Orient Point going on fifteen years . This apartment/home is in the top two of all these previous stays. We will be back. Thanks John for providing us an oppurtunity to stay at your home. Tom & Joann

We will be back!

John’s apartment is lovely. It has the charm of a historical home (hello wide pine floors!) with the comfort and ease of more modern touches where necessary, like the bathroom and kitchen. Super clean and organized. We chose to eat out for every meal as we were only there for the weekend and there are so many great local spots, but the kitchen was large and equipped for whatever you’d like to cook. The location is GREAT. We walked to all of our favorite spots. Check-in and check-out took no time at all. We didn’t have a single issue but it was reassuring to know John was available at the drop of a hat. We will absolutely be back!

This is an extremely attractive, large, bright, and comfortable apartment. It has all of the amenities (including an offering of various beers), a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable king size bed with lots of closet space, and a large shower. There are a washer and dryer on the first floor. Everything was clean and neat, with a notebook of places to go and places to eat, etc. It is a lovely house on a street that ends overlooking the water, just two short blocks away from Main Street in Greenport. I enjoyed my stay immensely. Thank you, John!

Pristine apartment in ideal location

The apartment is clean and tidy, exactly as pictured. We enjoyed having a beautiful full kitchen and updated bathroom, as well as a binder including places to visit. Walking a few blocks into town for shopping and food is a great benefit. This is a great place to stay and enjoy what NoFo has to offer!
