Ideally located to many of the best kept secrets of Pinellas County like Honeymoon Island in Dunedin, Caladesi Island voted top 10 by US News Travel, Travel + Leisure, Forbes and CNN travel and so much more. 7 minutes to Indian Rocks AND Madeira Beach, 12 minutes to Clearwater Beach this home is the epitome of practical design and comfort. You have the best of both worlds being tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood but less than a mile to multiple grocery stores, Publix, Target, Starbucks, shopping, restaurants and more. A local favorite is the small beach right at Belleair Causeway which also gives the option to launch a boat and bait shop for fishing trips.
