Before You Book, Please Note:

• Self-Check-In: We’ve made things easy with self-check-in starting at 4 PM and check-out by 11 AM. If you’re hoping for an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know. If it’s available, we’d be happy to arrange it for a small fee.

• Grill Propane: Planning to fire up the grill? You’ll need to handle the propane refills, but don’t worry, there are plenty of nearby gas stations to help you out.

• House Rules: To help keep things comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, please avoid unregistered guests, pets, loud parties, indoor smoking, or illegal substances. If you’d like to bring extra guests or pets, just message us. We’re happy to share details on any applicable fees. Please note that confirmed violations related to parties or large gatherings will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

• Commercial/Filming: If you intend to use the home for commercial purposes or filming, please message us regarding the extra fee.

• Air Mattresses & Cribs: Need a little extra sleeping space? We can provide an air mattress and a pack-and-play crib for a small fee. Just ask us in advance.

• Security: For your peace of mind, we have outdoor cameras running 24/7. There are no cameras inside, so the fun stays inside.

• Quiet Hours: Let’s keep the vibe relaxed between 10 PM and 10 AM so everyone and the neighbors can enjoy a good night’s sleep.


• Damages & Cleaning: Accidents happen. If any damages occur or extra cleaning is needed, there might be some charges. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

• Cleaning Services: We don’t offer complimentary cleaning, but we can arrange it for a fee if you’d like. Just let us know in advance to book cleaning schedules smoothly.

• Water, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning: We provide filtered water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-maintained A/C system to keep you cool and comfortable. Our villa has multiple A/C units, which we maintain regularly. To help keep the A/C running smoothly, please remember to close doors behind you. If any issues arise, just let us know as soon as possible so we can address them quickly.

• Climate & Bugs: Miami’s tropical weather is amazing, but it brings warm temperatures and some lively wildlife. We treat the property regularly to keep it pest-free, and we’d appreciate your help by disposing of trash regularly.

• Concierge Services: Craving a special meal or thinking about booking a yacht, luxury car, spa day, or exclusive restaurant and nightlife RSVP? Our free concierge services have got you covered. We’re here to help you with all these extras and offer exclusive discounts to make your stay even more amazing. Just let us know what you need and we’ll handle the rest.

•⁠ ⁠Bugs & Critters: We routinely spray the property, but Florida’s subtropical climate means occasional bugs or critters may still appear. To help prevent this, please keep all windows and doors closed and make sure food is properly stored or disposed of.

•⁠ ⁠The backyard features beautiful, lush greenery, creating a peaceful tropical vibe. The pool and landscaping are professionally maintained 2–3 times a week to keep everything clean and fresh. Please note that with the natural surroundings and wind, a few leaves or small debris may occasionally fall into the pool or yard between cleanings.

• Respectful Behavior: We want everyone to have a great time, so let’s all be respectful of the host and neighbors. Disrespectful behavior could result in cancellation without a refund.

• No Smoking Indoors: To keep things fresh and comfortable, please don’t smoke indoors. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee will be charged. Thanks for helping us keep the space enjoyable for everyone.
