Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry for the disruption you experienced during your stay and was hopeful you would provide a review about the property itself and amenities provided to you. Unfortunately, the city was performing a repair on the street which required the water to be shut off for a few hours in the early morning, affecting both the hot water and heat at the property. This situation was outside of our control. Once we were notified, we offered to move you to another one of our top-rated nearby properties so you could continue your stay comfortably, but that option was declined. Your reservation was refunded the moment you declined. The taxes and Vrbo platform fees are out of control in regards to a refund and we hope you can understand that. We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience.

I'm very sorry you encountered that during your stay. Alot of the items were brought to our attention the night before you left on a four night stay leaving us no time to fix it. We are known for our immediate problem solutions. Our cleaners do not use fabulous and the ants were because of the rain our area has received before your stay. It sometimes happens in the south. If you decide to stay with us again, please let us know of issues for a fast turnaround.

We would like to provide some clarification while also acknowledging your concerns. At the time of your stay, all light switch covers were installed throughout the home. Additionally, pre-arrival photos were taken and time stamped prior to check-in, and they did not reflect the hair and stove issues described. Vrbo does not allow hosts to upload supporting pictures but we are able to send them to you. That said, we take all feedback seriously and have followed up with our cleaning team to reinforce standards and ensure consistency for future guests. Any condiments in the home were left from prior guests. We do not stock groceries unless you request us to do so. It is there as a convenience not an amenity. Regarding the home setup, a digital house manual is available directly within the booking app, which includes Wi-Fi information, TV and appliance instructions, and check-out expectations. I understand, however, that not everyone locates this easily, and we are working on making this information more visible and accessible going forward. I also want to address the bunk beds specifically. The center supports beneath the bunk beds are intentional and are used as added reinforcement to ensure stability, particularly when children are playing or climbing on the beds. Safety is very important to us, and the beds are designed with that in mind. While I regret that the home did not align with your expectations, I do appreciate the time you took to share your experience.
