Sleek, stylish, and steps from the stadium—this updated 3 bed, 1 bath condo sleeps 8 and includes 2 premium game day parking passes. Located at College & Kimball, it offers stunning stadium views and easy access to K-State, NBAF, and Tuttle Creek Blvd. Perfect for weekends or extended stays, this is Manhattan living with a front-row seat.

Our house is perfect for those traveling for K-State Athletics. We are a caddy corner to the Bill Snyder Family Stadium and walking distance to Bramlage Coliseum, the baseball field, soccer fields and more!

We are also across the street from Via Christy Hospital for anyone needing a quiet, close place to stay while visiting loved ones.

While we admire and appreciate fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.


Please note that if you cancel a booked reservation, and it is within the timeframe for a full refund, you will receive the refund minus the credit card processing fee of 2.9%.
No third party bookings. Third party bookings are subject to cancellation without a refund.

No outside visitors (other than guests accounted for in reservation) allowed in the house. If outside guests are brought into the house, you will be subject to a $50/person per occurrence charge.

Please lock all windows and doors when you leave the unit.

No smoking/vaping/420 inside the condo. You may smoke outside of the building in the parking lot.

Guests who do not check out by 11:00 AM are subject to an additional charge of $30 for every half hour they have not checked out.

This was a fantastic place to stay -- highly recommend. Jordan was so response to all of our questions and gave us suggestions for the area for restaurants and golf courses. We plan to keep this place as our go-to when we come each time to stay in Kansas.

We went to visit my niece and family , we had a great time. Only disadvantage was no bathroom or shower by pool and construction was being done during our stay right next to pool.

Great access to the stadium

The property was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us to go to Bramalage for graduation. Well stocked with everything you need! All the beds were very comfortable and lots of extra towels. I would book this property again

Amazing location!

We spent a long weekend in Manhattan and our family was impressed with the KState Gameday Getaway! Well stocked, CLEAN (my #1), comfy beds, everything felt NEW, easy check-in/check-out, amazing location overlooking KState football stadium, and close to everything we needed. I highly recommend! The host was easy to communicate with, very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for providing a lovely home away from home.

Weekend Trip

We were in Manhattan for a baseball tournament. This condo worked out great for the location we needed. It was spacious, clean, and also had a pool onsite. The property manager was great and easy to work. If I had a question, she quickly responded. It looked like it was newly furnished with some updates and had a two-in-one washer and dryer. Highly recommend using it!

FANtastic place to stay!

This condo was the ideal spot for the four of us! We were conveniently located just across the street from the stadium, making it easy to walk to the game. The three bedrooms each featured a comfortable queen or king-sized bed, and the mattresses, pillows, and bedding were all top-notch. Although the condo’s layout is compact, it felt surprisingly spacious inside. The living room and kitchen were well-equipped and perfect for our needs, and the bathroom had an excellent shower with great water pressure. The kitchen had all the essentials you could ask for. In short, the location, comfort, and space were exactly what we were looking for. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
