This modern two-bedroom, two-bath condo is conveniently located in a small community just minutes away from Sanibel Outlets, golfing, Fort Myers Beach and the beautiful coastline, including the Gulf of Mexico, Estero Pass, Sanibel-Captiva Island, Pine Island Sound, and the Caloosahatchee River.
The space
Upon arrival, immediately feel stress melt away as you enter the relaxed beach vibe of this modern condo with soft coastal colors and decor, featuring a reclining sectional and large flat screen TV. A queen-size chest Murphy bed is located at one end of the living room, providing convenient sleeping arrangements while staying out of the way during the day.

The well-equipped kitchen contains all new stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer, range, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and quartz countertops.

Relax at the large, six-seat dining table with family and friends to enjoy a meal, play a game or have a lively conversation over a glass of wine or cocktails.

The main bedroom includes a king bed, TV, dresser, closet, and en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The second bedroom includes a king bed, TV, dresser, and closet. The private second bath with a tub/shower combination is just outside the bedroom door.

A private stackable washer and dryer, along with laundry detergent pods, are provided for your convenience.

Make your visit to the beach easy and more enjoyable by using any of the on-site beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, or beach wagon.

Had a great stay here! Close to beaches and easy ride to airport. Kitchen was great; we cooked breakfast everyday. Kids loved hanging on the couch. Hosts set us up with all the beach gear we needed; made our beach excursions easier and more enjoyable. Pool was convenient.

We stayed for 4 weeks at this condo. Location was very convenient to beaches and getting around the area. Everything was very clean and our host went out of his way to quickly fix the wifi when it wasn’t working. The condo was well supplied in the kitchen and all the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrellas were all well used on our beach days. Highly recommended this condo.

Beautiful Apartment

Great location, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Had everything you could need for a 4 night stay. Was able to utilize the pool and have family over for dinner. The only downside was the air conditioner was broken. The owner did quickly respond by sending someone out to look at it. A part was broken and wouldn’t be able to be replaced until after we left. The owner did have three fans shipped to the apt in a timely manner.
