Such a fun unique stay! We walked everywhere, including downtown to a Reds game. So much surrounding this area I would return and stay again in a heartbeat!
This space was so convenient to Findlay Market, coffeeshops, museums, and other attractions i came to Cincinnati to see. Drnise was responsive and so helpful.

Great spot at a great price and location. Had everything we needed and more. Denise was very kind, helpful, and responded fast. Obsessed with the decor and fun colors. Will definitely stay here next time i’m in Cincy!! Thank you :)
Very cute and artsy studio apt! Had everything we needed, was close to where we needed to be, and it was a very short walk to food/bars in OTR neighborhood. The parking pass was CLUTCH when street parking was full, and the garage is very close. Note: There is a narrow/steep stairwell to get to unit (just to keep in mind for anyone with mobility issues)Would definitely stay again!
Thanks so much for sharing your cool little place! We were super comfy and loved how close it is to Findlay, Rhinegeist and Yoli’s around the corner. So much character and love put into the apartment. We had a great time and would stay again.

We had a terrible night. Got in at 11pm and we checked out by 8am the next morning and booked somewhere else for remainder of stay. The bed in so called bedroom which looked like an elevator shaft was horrible uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement. There was some "alien" that is above your head and windows with what seemed to be curtains and lights on all night that you have no control over. The light shines in your eyes the entire night. The so called balcony is a fire escape. The only way to it is to crawl out a window which is screwed shut with a note that says do not use needs fixing. The door did not seem to be locked securely. The host was very friendly and polite, although she did not respond or acknowledge out early check out. I had to eat the cost for the second night as it was non refundable. I did contact Arbor cares. They apologized for my terrible stay and said they understood why we checked out early. They emailed host and was asking for refund due to circumstances, however, to date no refund was issued. Also, we didn't appreciate some of the decor that clearly was not shown in pictures of listing but were clearly making a bold statement of homosexuality and hate for our President. Regardless of your point of view, you should not try to push political views on guests who paid to stay there. If you want to decorate that way at least be brave a d honest enough to show that in your listing!

my goodness Teresa. I wish you would have contacted me with your concerns. but you didn’t. The door is a deadbolt and locks automatically and i would have reassured you of that should you have asked. The “alien” you refer to is a movie prop from the original star wars movie. WATU. and if a comic pillow of wonder woman offended your political views i’m not even sure what to say. Our space is welcoming to all and always will be According to the lock activity data with Remote Lock technology your unique code was used for your entire stay which means you stayed both nights. maybe a hotel
is more suitable for you. Most guests love the creativity of our space. Sending you kind vibes…
We were in town for a concert at The Woodward Theater, which is in the next block. This "flat" was convenient and comfortable and perfectly sufficient for our needs, which included our small dog. The neighborhood is very walkable, and has a nice mix of restaurants, bars, shops and apartments. The free trolley is 2 1/2 blocks away. As with any major city, you will want to pay attention to your surroundings.
We absolutely loved our stay at this fun and eclectic Vrbo property! The decor was vibrant, quirky, and full of personality—every room had its own charm, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel both cozy and creative (except the clown). I’m terrified of clowns. From vintage accents to colorful art and furniture, it was fabulous. The property was also impeccably clean, which made us feel instantly at ease. Everything—from the kitchen to the bathrooms—was spotless and well-maintained. You can tell the hosts put a lot of care into the upkeep and presentation of the space.Location-wise, it was super convenient, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The hosts were responsive and kind, offering helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed for our quick stay.If you’re looking for a place that’s a little different from the cookie-cutter rentals—something stylish, fun, and sparkling clean—this is it. We’d definitely come back!
After previous stop at a chain hotel in a suburban area surrounded by other chain hotels and chain restaurants, it was great to stay in a truly unique apartment in an eclectic neighborhood. Check-in was very efficient, all essentials were provided, and the parking pass was a big plus. While we found it very cozy and comfortable, potential visitors should be aware of a few quirks:
-- as mentioned by others, the apt is one long flight up a fairly steep staircase that could be a challenge with a heavy suitcase
-- if someone is going to be sleeping on the cot in the living room, earplugs could be helpful because there can be late-night street noise in this lively area (not an issue in the bedroom area since it's at the back)
-- there is no kitchen table, any meals eaten in the apartment will be at a low coffee table in the living room
Overall very enjoyable visit, would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice place
The unit itself was small but nice and clean. Checking in was tough as there was no where to park to unload. There was construction on both sides of the unit so the sidewalks were not accessible. So you either had to cross the street or walk in the street. The stairs up to the unit are very steep. Didnt remember seeing that mentioned in the posting (could of missed it). Love that the owner allows dogs but not convenient with steps, noise, no easily accessible green space. Our dog was freaked out by all the noise from the construction and traffic so we ended up having to leave after only being there about an hour. Owner was nice to work with overall. She let us check in early and communication was excellent.
Our stay was wonderful. Denise was quick to respond and helped with many things. The property is cute and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It’s located two blocks from the Connector or streetcar line and a few blocks from a grocery store. The restaurants nearby were delicious.
Family lives in town,so we’ll be back.
But is was fun to stay in an old building like that!
And when you’re in bed, try looking up.
We were only going to be in Cincinnati for a late night and the next morning. Ate breakfast at a cool diner, and visited some shops in the OTR before heading eastward. Great crash pad, but wouldn’t have minded staying much longer. Best equipped kitchen I’ve stayed at.
Parking is a bit tricky as the blurb said “behind the building” and I kept looking right behind the building. I passed the parking garage we were supposed to use three times before looking across the street behind the building. Great park back there too.
This was the perfect getaway for being in the heart of OTR! Everything is within a short walking distance including parks, restaurants and shops. I loved the apartment and Denise was great to work with for an early check-in. She was quick to answer my questions prior to arriving and everything was perfect upon arrival. The included parking pass was great and definitely saved some money having that as an option. I would 100% recommend this and if I'm ever in Cincinnati again I will be booking this ASAP.
My boyfriend and I stayed one night as a little getaway for his birthday and couldn’t be more happy. The apartment was very clean and fit all of our needs. Would highly recommend!
