Not all docks are created equal. Many homes have private docks; however, once Lake Nacimiento`s water level drops below 60% capacity, many docks start to become inaccessible to boats or are located in shallow, hard-to-navigate coves. This dock is the last one inside the marina, perfectly positioned inside the marina barrier before open water, ensuring reliable access regardless of lake levels.

-Guest limit: Oak Shores allows a maximum of 14 guests per house, consisting of 8 adults and 6 children.
-Vehicle limit: 2 cars + 1 watercraft trailer
-Additional parking is available outside the community
-All boats are subject to mussel inspection and must not have been in a mussel-infested lake, river, or ocean in the past 30 days, or will be required to quarantine.
