Nestled in a nice neighborhood of Laurel Hill. This renovated home is upgraded with ductless heat/air. It's about 5 minutes walk to Hendricks Park, 1 mile from the University of Oregon and the beautiful Hayward Field. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is upstairs with it's own master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a full size bed and is downstairs with a 3/4 bath in the hallway. The loft office includes a sofa that can convert to a futon. The home opens to a new decks with views of mountains, hills and valleys. Guest can park in the carport and off on the street.
