Charming 4-bedroom house in the heart of Smith Lake in Crane Hill

Come visit this beautiful lake home, nestled in the heart of Smith Lake. Over 3500 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and sleeps 12 comfortably. Look forward to beautiful views, gorgeous sunsets and year round, easy water access. Amenities include full kitchen, bbq grill, outdoor fire pit, indoor wood burning fireplace when in season (November-March) and WiFi internet access. There are several smart TVs throughout the house for you to login to your favorite apps. Enjoy the beautiful boat house with an open slip for your use as well as a large swim deck with ladders. Be sure to bring your fishing equipment as the dock features an underwater dock light conducive for fishing. There is a kayak with paddles available for use along with a paddle board.

-You will be about 2 minutes by water to the Dam
-Only 5 minutes by water to Duskin Point Marina. This marina offers boat/jet ski rentals.
-Rock Creek Marina (where you can feed turtles and fish) is about 20 minute by water.
-"Big Bridge" aka Trident Marina is about 20 minutes by water. This marina offers boat/jet ski rentals.
-Smith Lake Park is about 45 min-1 hour away by water depending on traffic.
-There are restaurants that are also accessible by water: Drifter's Bar & Grill, The Grill at Trident Marina and Lakeshore Inn Restaurant.

This is an excellent location for fishing off the dock/shore. The Country Mall has live bait and fishing tackle for purchase. There are also fishing guides who will pick you up on the dock- our favorite is Stripemaster's Guide Service- Capt. Mike Perry.

Bring your own life jackets and fishing gear. There are towels for bathing but bring your own beach towels. Don't forget the sunscreen!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set downstairs thermostat to 75 degrees on cool and the upstairs thermostat should be switched to OFF.
Secure the kayak and paddle board (FIN UP) along with paddles to its original location and turn off dock lights. Do not unplug fish light.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
