Attic Guestroom for SINGLE occupancy with a king-size bed and private bathroom, closet + microwave, and a small fridge (no kitchen; no real cooking option).


Restriction due to 'Safety First':
Due to the unit size and structure, steps, bathroom design, and type of furniture, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 200 lbs.


One Of A Kind: the shape, the view. However: only if you are ok with steps and low ceiling...

Central air; fully carpeted.

You get a king-size bed + bedding, Wi-Fi, and a large flat TV.

VERY clean and well-managed private unit.

The place is on Main St. Mechanicsburg: 15-20 minutes from the Capitol; 30 minutes from Hershey; 35-45 minutes from Gettysburg and Lancaster.

The place is ONLY for a quiet and non-drama person, non-drinker, non-smoker. No pets.

We ONLY accept guests who commit to maintain the unit clean and return it cleaned / undamaged - as the unit was when they got it. Otherwise, I collect the cleaning cost or use the deposit ($200).

1 private parking MAY be available; plenty of street parking.


HOUSE RULES:
1. You will get the door code + Internet code + a tour of your unit with the "DO's" and the "DONT's" regarding parking, trash, electricity failure, and emergency procedure - upon arrival.

2. Guests do not pay the cleaning fee IF they keep the unit clean; return the unit cleaned and intact; otherwise DO pay $200 or their deposit is not returned.

3. We conserve energy; pls avoid excessive cooling (not below 72) / heating (not above 72).

4. You are a guest and not allowed to bring your guests or visitors (others not on the reservation list). Unauthorized visitors will be trespassers and removed by the police.

5. House rules follow the PA Tenement, Lodging, and Boarding Houses Act.
The main items are:
no visitors; maintain a clean unit and quiet atmosphere; no smoking, no vaping, no candles or any open fire, no illegal drugs or excessive drinking. No pets. Report any issue 24/7.

6. We apply pest control and disinfectant as per CDC guidelines. Way before the Corona era, the spread of bed bugs was and remains a major issue. Due to our tight pesticide procedures, WE HAVE NOT HAD BED-BUGS EVER IN OUR PLACES. You CAN NOT come if your belongings are infected.

You agree to participate in the monthly 'Cleaning and Maintenance Day'.

7. Any violation may immediately terminate your stay, without a refund. We are Super Hosts that serve and accommodate SUPER guests only.
