Use of Amenities

* The pool heater must be requested 48 hours in advance and will only
operate when conditions allow. Note that it will not work
effectively in cold weather, and no refunds will be issued if it
fails to reach the desired temperature under such conditions.
* Towel usage follows specific guidelines: wash towels are considered
disposable personal items and are recommended to be brought by
guests. Bath, hand, and pool towels are provided in proportion to
the number of guests.
* Daily housekeeping is not included, but mid-stay cleaning services
can be arranged for an additional fee.
* Guests are responsible for bringing personal toiletries and food
items, as the house is self-catering.
* Guests are required to observe trash collection days and ensure
proper disposal of waste.

* Online purchases are not delivered by USPS to vacation homes; use
UPS, DHL, or FEDEX instead. Delivery acceptance policies may vary,
