UNREGISTERED GUESTS AND EVENTS POLICY:
— The property is for registered guests only. Guests not included in your booking must be confirmed in advance. Additional visitors, parties and events need our written approval before check-in.
— Unapproved guests, parties or events can result in a fine of up to $5,000 and early termination of your stay without refund.

NOISE POLICY:
— Outdoor noise is monitored 24/7 to respect our neighbors and county noise ordinance. Please keep outdoor noise considerate at all hours.
— No outside music or loud activities during quiet hours 9:30pm to 7am.
— Ignored warnings and repeat violations can result in fines up to $5,000 and early termination of your stay.

- Subject to availability, can only be confirmed 24hrs in advance of your check in/out.

Pool, Spa, Sauna:
- Spa & sauna heating included with all bookings.
- Pool heat additional fee:
Summer $399 flat fee (May through September)
Winter $799 flat fee (October through April)
Includes heating for up to three days. Request after booking to confirm adding for your stay.

Pets:
- Allowed upon request, $399 flat fee.
- Please include pets in booking details. Maximum two medium size dogs.

Events:
- Allowed case by case with a fee. Inquire with your event details.

EV Charging:
- Tesla wall charger (standard Tesla NACS plug). Open to all EV`s. Tesla charging account needed (pay per use charging).

Surveillance: Three exterior security cameras at the front, back, and side of home recording audio and video 24/7. Two exterior decibel monitors on back patio. Property is fully fenced except for two driveway entries that are open and not gated.
