BBQ USE IS AN ADDITIONAL $50 for your stay. Most of the time the propane tank will be full but if it’s not full then it will be your responsibility to go and fill the tank.
POOL HEATING is an additional $40 per day. The pool charges per day are for your whole stay. If you’d like the pool heated you would have to let us know in advance as it takes time to heat the pool and reach the temperature you desire. If there is cold weather or inclement weather, the pool might take longer to heat and that is expected. There is absolutely NO REFUNDS on the pool being heated.
