Noisy at the crack of dawn

This hotel had amazing staff, wonderfully stocked studio apt suite and a great location next to Balboa park and restaurants. We were on the 6th floor and the roof top and gym were above us. Our only complaint was the early morning noise on our ceiling starting at 5:45-6:30 am daily from above. Not sure if it was the gym or from construction up there or just people in the time share offices?? It was pretty hard to get a restful sleep with that early morning noise and the place was really great it was a shame! Probably won’t return for that reason.

Great hotel

Excellent value, lots of facilities from full fridge cooking facilities laundry & fitness room. It has an older world charm some visitors may not like but that’s their loss.
