Very cozy, clean and convenient to everything.Host communication was over the top.I left some personal effects in the rental and Samuel went out of his way to locate me and arrange recovery of this item at his inconvenience.

The owner allowed us into the unit early, which was a blessing! The condition of the unit was impeccable! Beautiful furnished and clean. I would recommend this place for long periods of stay if you are looking for convenience and a quiet location!

A pretty good stay overall, but it was a little dirty. The smell of air fresheners was suffocating and did not cover the smell of pot we occasionally got. Please mention how steep the stairs are getting into the apartment. Beds were comfy, and the neighborhood seemed great!

Nice home away from home

If you are looking for a comfortable apartment that a recent college grad would kill for, this is the place. Comfy beds, plenty of space, great living room area, cool place for working from "home" or having an epic gaming session! Large TVs. Bathroom was not luxurious but clean and perfectly adequate (if you want to feel like you're at a spa, maybe go somewhere else). Quiet residential area an easy drive to all the local attractions like downtown ovd, the so, etc. The walkable area is quiet residential, a bit away from the hustle and bustle (but also all of the most exciting destinations).
