The boat dock on this property features 3 slips. Bring your toys to enjoy direct access to Lake Tahoe. There is a canoe at the property for guest use.
Heavenly Ski Resort is a short 15 minute drive. There is a public beach adjacent to the neighborhood that is easily accessed by bike. (4 adult bikes provided, 1 child bike). Heavenly Village shopping/ restaurants and the Stateline casinos are also a 15 minute drive from the house.

The Tahoe Keys neighborhood, where this house is located, is my favorite in the South Lake area.
Close to beaches, the lake, the ski resorts, the casinos. But far enough away to feel like a quiet neighborhood for your family to relax.

We fell in love with house because of the details that the previous owner built into the house.
The woodwork and stonework are amazing. The lighting features are well designed. The back porch sits right off the living room and feels like an outdoor living room!
This house does not feel like a rental. This house feels like you’re staying in someone’s personal home.
