Great Home!

We stayed in St. Augustine for a few days to visit with family and be a tourist. This was such a great home to visit. Everything was spotless, and I loved the style of the home (beachy but not overdone and they embraced the original mid century style in their updates which my vintage heart loved!). It was close to everything which made it super easy to navigate with both a small child and older member of our family. Easy to communicate too and everything was just super easy. Highly recommend!

Cozy, Quiet, and Close to Everything We Wanted

We had a fantastic family vacation at this charming rental! The house was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully organized - perfect for our needs. Everything was well-stocked, from kitchen essentials to extra linens, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated after our busy days exploring. The location couldn’t have been better - just a short drive (or walk) to historic St. Augustine, the beaches, the lighthouse, and even the St. Augustine Alligator Farm (a big hit with the kids!). It was the perfect home base for all our adventures.The host was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond, which made the whole experience even smoother. We made great memories here and would definitely recommend this rental to any family looking for a comfortable, quiet place near everything St. Augustine has to offer.

My wife and I moved to St Augustine after years of visiting. We had fallen in love with the area and when our son chose to go to college at Flagler, it was a done deal. We are outdoors everyday, whether walking the historic town, riding bikes, running, surfing and even paddling the Salt Run. There is so much to do and see and we are happy to let you on to some of our favorites.

Why they chose this property

Location Location Location. South Davis Shores is smack dab in the middle of it all. You can walk just about anywhere you'd want to go. Just cross over the Bridge of Lions and you are in historic downtown. Hop on your bike and visit the lighthouse or catch a concert at the amphitheater. The beach, 5 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

Our property, Del Coronado Real, is an original 1950's concrete block home that has kept the retro mid century modern vibe and just screams Old Florida. Original hardwood floors and quaint lanai for relaxation in a clean and welcoming style.
