Perfect for afternoon cocktails after a day on the water!

*Our property is our family home. We have children and friendly pets that also use the common grounds. The yard and pool is shared with our guests, our friends and our family.

The location was beautiful and easily walkable to all the restaurants, museums, and shopping in Georgetown. The cottage was well-appointed with everything needed. The furnishings and linens were lovely. A perfect place to stay for two couples.

Wonderful cottage in a great location. Was nice to take a dip in the pool after walking around town. The location is perfect for walking to the shops/restaurants, as well as to the parks. A much needed relaxing evening/night.

Whitney and her family were exceptional hosts welcoming us to their home! Do not miss the opportunity to stay here. It’s within walking distance to everything, the guest cottage has all the amenities you could want and the family is so welcoming. My husband and I will definitely come back for another visit!

Great property great host.

I only got to stay a night there because my flight doomed me but Whitney was very nice and left everything for us. Had this been a hotel my reservation and my money would be gone. Will stay again next year I would imagine.

Southern Historic Elegance

Words can’t describe the wonderful historic southern hospitality and charm of this location! The cottage met all our needs and had updated amenities. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and ability to walk to Front street for both dinner and breakfast although we could have easily prepared our own meals in the cottage if we had chosen to. Communication with the property owner were great and very welcoming. We felt like we were welcome as old friends rather than guests. We can’t recommend this place enough (although it is such a wonderful place that we might wish we kept it a secret,lol!)
