perfect location & great backyard

Cute decor, comfortable for a group of 6. Perfect location to downtown and surrounding suburbs of Orlando, less than 10 mins to most places. If the sound of the highway bothers you, this isn’t the place for you but it’s peaceful for people who sleep with background noise!

Thankfully we did not book this for a long term vacation but rather moving my son out of his dorm for summer. The house is tiny. The backyard is not useable. It has a small “pool” and a hot tub but is not landscaped at all. The back porch consists of steps. It needs so much work! The second bathroom is so small you cannot turn around in it much less use it. The owner has done a good job with what they have to work with. It is very overpriced for what it is—a small house right beside a major highway.
